Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me.

Almost Done

a wee bit of entry.

dang...it is not so good to eat mango with your fingers and then type. It makes the keyboard sticky and icky. yup.

Hmmm. Well I have SORT OF finished the work for South Korea,... they are spread all out on the floor in the basement... the smell of fixative wafting up through the floorboards. Yay for old houses. I should just be thankful I HAVE a basement.

I have discovered one of the drawings is wrong. They approved it, but I think it is wrong, that I missed drawing the kid thinking of volleyball. So I'm going to redo it right after I finish the mango and this little break. I also found another drawing that says "A girl asks a girl"... blah blah... and I drew two boys and they approved it. I really hope they didn't approve a whole lot of shit that is wrong. I get paid after they have approved all the drawings, and South Korea is a long way to send a drawing or two.

Damn anyways that my computer scanning skills are not up to par... it seems most of their artists scan in the work themselves and then upload it to their webserver. Seems like a practical way to work internationally. Instead I will spend over $100 on courrier fees. BUT I will save hours and hours of scanning and uploading. I should think of it like that.

OK. I really have very little to say. I got the rent increases out to the tenants who don't seem shocked, despite the fact that I looked up the regie du logement and this year they have approved a ZERO percent rent increase (what the HELL is up with that? Not like nails and paint have gone down in price have they?).

I still haven't gotten my plant bugs sprayed... every night I say to myself I will do it before I go to bed, then I work til 6am. poop and fart.

Sigh. I DID call my dad to get a clearer bill for the work he did for me... it is stressful, that is the second time since he was here and I threw him out that we actually spoke. We do NOT even mention the brouhaha mess of him being here.

OK< I have to get back to work. What a dimbulb entry.

I read all kinds of exciting and interesting shit, listen to fascinating lectures and international news on the radio, but the time and energy to write in here about it are lacking. I'm sorry.

nite nite.
