Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me.

Archetype of Lightning!!

OOOh,
here I am after doing this test from SquirrelX's about archetypes. Here is my results:

The Lightning Bolt
Verbally and mentally fluid, the Lightning Bolt is refreshing and illuminating to those around it. This is occasionally somewhat discounted by the obvious pleasure that these personalities take in exercising their mental acuity. Although generally peaceful they can often take a verbally aggressive tact in relations with the world, which can often be misunderstood by those around them. To the Lightning Bolt this abstract contact is viewed as mere play; they rarely understand the attitude of those around them who can be offended or hurt by wild flights of verbal fancy or playfully intended barbs.

Innovative in the extreme, the Lightning Bolt personalities can often think themselves right out of the correct answer to a given problem. Many times they are referred to as their own worst enemies.

For a weird little test of chosing between A and B and little colored abstract shapes that is a pretty accurate result I must say. Very fun. And that second paragraph is SO true! I was once at this "game" in groups where we had to guess an answer by asking many little questions. I actually figured out an answer, but thought "oh, I can't be right, it must be more complicated than that", and told another team member my "erroneous" guess... and she put her hand up and guessed MY guess... and it was the RIGHT answer!! If I hadn't looked beyond what I had figured out was the answer, *I* would've won! Dang! silly me!

The other part of it about verbally agressive playful wild flights of fancy is totally true. Someone a couple weeks ago even said "I bet you were a bully as a child"!! I was in tears... I was the opposite of a bully... I looked out for and befriended the shy friendless misfit kids, and stood up for them when they were bullied. Other than that I was a loner... I certainly didn't pick on anyone. Dang. Me and my smart brain and big mouth.

anyways, have fun and do the test.

And then read my real entry for tonight, which has lots of pretty watercolor pictures I scanned in.
