Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me.

Eating Peas and Parades in Color plus "be a mensch"

Howdi! My second Friday the 13th entry, but now it is actually the 14th! Happy Valentines Day! Eat lots of red things that stain your tongue! :)

I have just finished photoshopping the two posters I finished last night (I have to paste two scans together to make a complete image, seeing as how each poster is larger than the scanner...) Click on the small drawing to see a larger size in another window. Hope you like them.

Back to work to finish the final (schoolyard) picture. I'll post it later.

Remember to read my other entry today

And then if you'd like something more to read, go to Kaetchen's and read her entry on being a mensch, otherwise known as gee, a real adult (men in her case, but not necessarily) vs an immature child... ie what we would really prefer to interact with and go out with. Her entry rocks. Read it. yeah.

tah!

6:04 amWell, I am actually done the final poster drawing. Here it is. Again, click on the small image to get a full-window image. I'm gonna wrap it up for the Fedex and off to bed. zzzzz

Here is my horoscope for Saturday, February 14:

Leo stands fiery and irresistible at this celebration of love. Your embrace is like a drug to someone that has never known anything so intense. Whispered possibilities quickly ramp up to shouted promises.

Well, there you go, a horoscope at the start of the day instead of at the end. Yeah, right, shouted promises and so intense... no wonder I get exes who tell me I am drama... ironically at the time they are like... mmmm passion, love, fucking, fun. Well, I don't plan to have any embraces, intensity, whispers, shouts OR promises today... but if I get to bed now I do plan to be up in time to have breakfast before the restaurant closes. HEHE...

Other than the performance in the bar thing, I DON'T HAVE TO WORK on Saturday... and only two little sketches for Monday... hehehe... it is actually a REAL weekend! Yay for me!

hugs to wenchie and sweet dreams!! :) zzzzz
