WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me. Firsts and Lasts Survey Well, my last entry from 10 minutes ago was just so painfully horrid, I shall at least buckle up and do this one which I got from starzero, who got it from teclo, who got it from snarky, who apparently got it from someone called heavenlyg, and who knows where heavenlyg is, or got it from. So here goes: FIRSTS First job:Babysitting I guess. Though with a paystub, I'd say, barporter at the French Quarter Lounge at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, mixing oj and lime juice, making garnishes, fetching highball and champagne glasses. A good job, with live music and tips. First screen name: Patootie Lola. No, I dunno. I don't even know what this question means. First self purchased album: "Lonely Boy" by Donny Osmond. Hey, I was 8, and all I could tell, was that it was a "teen" record, eh! First funeral: You know, I don't do funerals much. Perhaps the dead woodpecker my dad helped me bury when I was about 7. But as for real funerals, my brother when he was 24 and I was 26. Even then, there was a service, but no graveyard thingie cuz he was cremated and the columbarium wasnt built for a year or more. First piercing/tattoo: Both ears one hole each, at the Exhibition, at my 13th birthday. No tattoos yet. First credit card: Visa and I still have it. It's the only one I have beside stores like the Bay and Canadian Tire. First true love: I really dont know. Maybe Peter, the little Inuit boy, when I was 6 or 7. First enemy: Probably my brother, being only 2 years younger than me. I would say Tanya when I was 6 because she had rich parents, a color tv when no one else had one, and she stole the attention of my favourite playmate Gail. The prototype of every heartbreaking relationship I ever had. First big trip: My parents drove us kids from the prairies to Vancouver when I was 8. A big big trip. First concert: It was probably the Irish Rovers with my parents. Or Harry Belafonte. But for a rock concert type thing... Carole Pope when I was about 14 with my best friend's dad who got free tickets. First musician you remember hearing in your house:Petula Clark singing "Downtown" LASTS Last big car ride: mmm big car ride. Driving to San Francisco from Detroit to help her move away, in May this year. Though that was a van, not a car. For a car... when I drove to Toronto to meet my ex there to go to Diva Midori workshops in Feb of this past year, and drove home in a huge snowstorm. Last kiss: My dog kissed my face tonight after I walked her. Last library book checked out: A travel guide on Russia, as a reference book for my Bear drawings. Last movie seen: The Gus van Sant movie "Elephant"... i guess instead of writing moaning entries about pain, I could review that. Last beverage drank: a long espresso with hot cream at the Cafe Toast The, this afternoon at about 5pm. Last food consumed: a lazyman's dinner of canned diced tomatoes thrown on top of spaghettii with frozen veggies, all stuck in the microwave with diced mozzarella so it melted. Last phone call: Two phonecalls to two friends which resulted in two answering machines picking up. Last cd played: Joe Serrapere: "My Blue Heaven" Last annoyance: my foot falling asleep as I type this. Last soda drank: so far back I cannot remember. I think I drank a can of pepsi/coke or somesuch that I found in the back of my fridge, that came free with a pizza I ordered. That was about a month or two ago. Last ice cream eaten: Breyer's cookies and cream. A friend brought it for my birthday in August cuz it was the closest they had to vanilla. I think I ate some in early September. Last time scolded: at my flamenco class on Tues night Last shirt worn: other than what's on now, the black tanktop I wore to flamenco tonight Last website visited:... well the last two people wrote:" duh, dland. (ditto)", but of course I am AT diaryland now, and I will mention that before this I was at Mistress Gia, Ten Things You May Not Known about Corsets. There, that is a better answer than "diaryland", non?? Well, there, I got to the end with no crying. I think now I will try on my newly repaired nice little boots, which were cracked as recently as Monday, and then chop pumpkin and clean up a little. ciao. Please leave me a note cuz i'm sad and lonely. Thanks. 0 People have left cute, callous or caring comments on the wench's wordiness!!
