Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me.

Some Nice Words from our Sponsors

Hmm

I got another comment on my letter to the newspaper. Someone sent me an email. I wish I had a better memory for names. I can't remember if it is a distant acquaintance, or if it is a complete stranger who has found my email?

At least they are NICE comments! This one said my letter was insightful and well-articulated and that the article I commented on in my letter lacked depth he thought. hmm.

Cool. Oh yeah, I wanted to share with you what the guy who made a webpage about my booklaunch said:

Dawench was her effervescent self. I only slightly hyperbolize, since as long as I can recall, from when I first encountered her at one of Rupert's big Jams at the Stornaway gallery space in 94, wench77 has always been one of the most interesting and outgoing people to spend time chewing the fat with. The energy found in her comixs is very much a part of her outward personality. Unlike many folks you meet in this medium, whom often present one aspect of themselves on the page and quite another in the day to day world. All to say that wench77 is one of the most genuine people you 'll ever meet if you have the pleasure.

Now gosh and golly that is nice! Yay!

Anyways, thanks Mr. Douglas!

Well, back to my regular scheduled schluffing off (actually I am successfully doing the colored load now, having failed at breaking the washing machine with the blacks load!). I MAY even start my taxes now that I have wrapped up all the comic books to send off to the UK (www.libertas.co.uk) and several orderees. :) And hey, last night I made up an invoice for one of the distributors who got copies in San Fran at APE... something I should've done directly on getting home in February. And this morning before I could even mail it off there was a check in the mail from them! yay! Nice how some people are more on the ball than I am! :)

Well, read my other clutzy girl entry. Thanks!

2 People have left cute, callous or caring comments on the wench's wordiness!!
