WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me. Everyday Design of Attribution and Working Hullo. I didn't do any "work" yesterday, and none today. OK I finished tons of stuff Sunday night, and sent it off and delivered it and stuff yesterday, and then drove to the countryside, and today I got up before 9am and was spouting nonsense to rapt teenagers in a college at 10:30 am and I got paid for that, so I guess that is sort of working. And drove around with my friend and took some photos that will be for reference for the Leo's Dog book... which of course is what I didn't work on. So tomorrow will be an insane busy day... No I haven't finished my watercolor for my Thursday class. Yes I have to call the income tax people who STILL haven't seemed to acknowledge that we have informed them of a mistake in their reassessing my income tax report back in JUNE or so, and are still writing "send us this exorbitant amount of money or we will stick bamboo in your tender nether parts"... fuckers. Yes I have to call about three clients about feedback on work, and do two pages of comics and THEN maybe get some "work" done. Yes I read "The Design of Everyday Things" before going to bed last night instead of working. oh well It said some brilliant things. Like if we make mistakes or problems with everyday things, we blame ourselves (oh silly me I always pull the push door! duh!). If we have problems that are larger we blame the environment (the bloody bus was late so I'm late for my class and the stupid teacher yelled at me so I'm in a bitch mood). If others have problems we blame their personality. (He really is short-tempered, he comes in here in a bitch mood, and that teacher is so stupid...). Yet if things go well we congratulate ourselves (Hey, I got the promotion! Thank god I prepared so well and got that new haircut!). And if things go well for others we attribute it to the environment (The teacher gave her a great mark, the teacher must like her... she go the promotion... she was just in the right place at the right time). Funny how that is generally true. Anyhows. Maybe more tomorrow. ANd hahaha look at my horoscopes for yesterday and today!: Here is my horoscope for Monday, November 15: I guess they forgot to check with me first. oh well! 1 People have left cute, callous or caring comments on the wench's wordiness!! Go to "notes" instead of comments ps, you'll need to email me for a username and password
