Listening to: Radio Netherlands about farmers from there selling and moving to Germany and North America. Wow.

Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me.

Skookumchuk Visits Quebec

OK, so once again I am taking a sort of tiny little break from working (The Baby book pictures are coming along very nicely, being colored in with various grey tones)... and I ended up reading some of Jessica Lovejoy's comments which led me to one of her reader's sites... Georges de Skookumchuk.

He writes nice long interesting entries that are sort of expanded versions of the sort of comments he leaves at JL's place.

But I must specifically bring your attention to this absolutely adorable and priceless entry called Small Strange Details of Quebec. Since of course, I live in Quebec.

Please visit and take a gander.

The funny thing is that there are yes, tons of French speakers here, I DO wear a beret, and my dog DOES know "assis", "donne la patte", and "cookie" said with a funny French accent. She's a proudly bilingual anglophone dog. hehe.

Tah!

Back to work!

I actually love it when I am coloring in and it is going well... so much more relaxing than actually being "creative"!! :)

Wench77

Here is my horoscope for Thursday, May 6:

Better not forget to take your vitamins, because you're going to need them. The weekend will officially start tonight -- yes, tonight -- with a message and an invitation from an exotic out-of-towner.

Let me once again go HAHA. I am taking my vitamins cuz I have this stupid cold. My throat is fine, but my lungs feel all squoodgy and my head at flamenco was empty, I kept forgetting where I was in the dance, and it feels sort of headachey and heavy. No exotic out-of-towner invited me anywhere or left a message. Silly astrology!! tah.

2 People have left cute, callous or caring comments on the wench's wordiness!!
Leave yours too!!
