WARNING!!!! if you know me personally, you may read my diary, but if you do, you take the chance of hearing things you don't want to know, misunderstanding what I've written and being hurt by it. If you are unsure if it is ok to read, save yourself and me the grief and heartache, and ask first!!! Please note that this is a DIARY, ie my subjective feelings, hearsay, suppositions, and outpourings of ranting of the moment. It does not represent objective news, the whole of what I think of a topic or someone, or even a thought-out representation of any of the above. Keep that in mind. Thanks. * Here is a Diary Etiquette Read Me. Luck, Miracles and Mind Control Here is an interesting little article about a woman called Vesna, who holds the guinness world record on highest survived fall. She survived, incredibly, an airplane crash from 33,330 feet. I cannot agree more with her estimation of her luck (heck, the other Vesna wasn't on that flight at all... so who is lucky?), nor with the take on the 'miracle'. I guess I'm a pragmatist. usually. I got to this article from Radiogurl's. If you look forward and back, there are many more interesting articles. The one on spiders... they say it is 'mind control'. Personally, I think they probably emit a chemical that partially paralyses either part of the spider's brain, or part of its body. If I make it so your sense of balance disappears from one ear, you may walk in circles instead of straight. If I make one eye stop working, you will consistently reach less far for objects than you would if both eyes worked, since you will no longer be able to judge distance. I doubt very much it is 'mind control' except in a purely physical sense. Brain or body injury does fascinating things. I am sure that shooting botox into someone's brain would exact very interesting, damn, behaviour!! Check out the site. 1 People have left cute, callous or caring comments on the wench's wordiness!!
